Deine Aufgaben

Zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben als (Senior) SAP Support Mitarbeiter:in gehören:

  • Du betreust und optimierst die SAP-Systeme unserer Kunden
  • Dafür trägst Du die Verantwortung in einem der Bereiche: CS (Customer Service), FI/CO (Finance und Controlling), TM (Transportation Management), MM (Material Management), PM/QM (Plant Maintenance und Quality Management), PP (Production Planning, inkl. PP-PI) oder SD (Sales und Distribution)
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden in der Wartung im 2nd-Level-Support
  • Du behebst Störungen und Schnittstellenfehler in SAP ERP- und SAP S/4HANA-Systemen
  • Du passt SAP Lösungen an die Anforderungen der Kunden an (Customizing)
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden, wenn sie Fragen zur Anwendung und Konfiguration von bestimmten Anwendungen haben
  • Du arbeitest mit Ticketsystemen
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotentiale und initiierst Prozessänderungen

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du als (Senior) SAP Support Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) mit:

  • Du kennst Dich in der SAP-Beratung aus und hast Dir bereits Fähigkeiten erarbeitet, die Du bei der SAP-Modulbetreuung mit Schwerpunkt in einem der genannten Bereiche benötigst
  • Du besitzt ein tiefgehendes Prozessverständnis in einem der Bereiche CS, FI/CO, TM, MM, PM, PP oder SD
  • Idealerweise kennst Du Dich bereits grundlegend mit SAP S/4HANA oder S/4HANA Cloud aus und bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung und im Softwaresupport mit
  • Kundenservice schreibst Du groß, zudem ergreifst Du bei Deiner Arbeit gerne die Initiative und bist kommunikationsstark
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bringt mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
