Für unsere Werkstatt suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson, die ihr Können täglich am Fahrzeug einsetzt und es mit Überzeugung an unsere Lernenden weitergibt. Ihr Hauptaufgabengebiet liegt in der Werkstatt als Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in oder Automobildiagnostiker/in. Im Nebenamt übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Ausbildung unserer Lernenden: Sie begegnen jungen Menschen mit Offenheit und Verständnis und begleiten sie mit Geduld und klarer Linie bis zum erfolgreichen Lehrabschluss. Sie möchten die Fachkräfte von morgen prägen und damit die Zukunft der Mobilität mitgestalten? Warten Sie nicht.

als Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in oder Automobildiagnostiker/in

Was Sie bewirken können

In der Werkstatt (80%)

  • Sie führen Wartungs\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Fahrzeugen aus – auch anspruchsvolle Arbeiten erledigen Sie selbstständig mit modernstem Equipment
  • Sie verbauen Original\-Zubehör
  • Sie erstellen zuverlässige Diagnosen und beheben eigenständig Störungen und Fehler

In der Lehrlingsausbildung (20%)

  • Sie begleiten unsere rund 10 Lernenden vom ersten Arbeitstag bis zum erfolgreichen Lehrabschluss und planen ihren Einsatz in der Werkstatt
  • Sie vermitteln Fachwissen praxisnah – direkt am Kundenfahrzeug
  • Sie führen Standort\- und Beurteilungsgespräche und bereiten die Lernenden auf überbetriebliche Kurse und das Qualifikationsverfahren vor
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Lernende, Eltern, Berufsfachschule und Verband
  • Sie wirken bei der Rekrutierung neuer Lernender mit, zum Beispiel an Schnuppertagen und Berufsmessen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobildiagnostiker/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder als Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Werkstatt
  • Berufsbildnerkurs oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Flair für junge Menschen: Sie motivieren, fördern und fordern – und behalten auch an hektischen Tagen die Ruhe
  • Vorbildfunktion, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
