The posting

Geen standaard bureaujob, wel de administratieve spil achter scheepsherstellingen, offshore-opdrachten en staalconstructies.

Al 30 jaar staat Gardec in Zeebrugge voor scheepsherstelling, grote lasconstructies en verspaning. Dat betekent: grote, uitdagende projecten met veel betrokken partijen. Administratie op automatische piloot? Niet bij ons.

Wat ga je doen?

· Aankoopadministratie: je maakt offertes op, verwerkt bestelbonnen en aankoopfacturen en zorgt dat alles netjes klopt.

· Klantenadministratie: je staat in voor de volledige klantenadministratie.

· Projectopvolging: per project volg je op welke materialen, aankoopfacturen en uurprestaties nog aangerekend moeten worden.

· Projectfacturatie: samen met de projectleiders maak je de verkoopfacturen per project op.

· Aanbestedingen: je ondersteunt de projectleiders administratief bij aanbestedingsprocedures. Nog nooit gedaan? Geen probleem, wij zorgen voor de nodige opleiding.

· En nog veel meer: uiteenlopende administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van projectleiders, boekhouding en management. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, en een goed gevoel voor cijfers.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie is een troef, zeker in een technische of projectgerichte omgeving.
  • Je bent digitaal leergierig: je gaat vlot aan de slag met nieuwe toepassingen en ziet zelf kansen om digitale tools nog slimmer in te zetten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig. Je wacht niet tot iemand je vraagt om iets op te volgen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en werkt graag aan gezamenlijke doelen, met je directe collega’s maar evengoed met projectleiders, aankopers, het magazijn en andere diensten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het overzicht als het druk wordt en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.

· Een 40-urenweek met 12 ADV-dagen bovenop je 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, samen 32 vrije dagen per jaar.
