Job Description

We are looking for friendly and responsible Waiters / Waitresses to join our restaurant team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to restaurant standards.
  • Wash and maintain cleanliness of glasses, cups and beverage equipment.
  • Clear and reset tables after customers finish dining.
  • Handle cashiering, payment collection and POS transactions.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and restaurant premises.
  • Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
  • Replenish beverages, utensils and other service supplies.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Friendly, responsible and hardworking.
  • Good teamwork and positive working attitude.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions.
  • Able to work on weekdays and public holidays.

Working Arrangements & Benefits

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Fixed rest days on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Working hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (including scheduled breaks).
  • Required to work on public holidays, except Chinese New Year.
  • One staff meal provided per working day.
  • Monthly performance incentives and additional allowances (subject to eligibility).
  • Annual leave and medical leave in accordance with the Employment Act.
  • CPF contributions where applicable.
  • Public holiday compensation in accordance with the Employment Act.
  • Training and career development opportunities.
