DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

  • Erstellen von Offerten, Auftragsabwicklung und Fakturierung
  • Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnadministration
  • Unterstützung im Verkauf Innendienst
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben (Telefon, Post, Einkauf Büromaterial, etc.)
  • Lagerbewirtschaftung Entsorgungssysteme
  • Organisation von Messen und Kundenanlässen
  • Werbung inklusive Planung und Bestellung von Werbematerial
  • Unterhaltung und Betreuung von Internetplattformen und den sozialen Medien

DAMIT MACHST DU DEN UNTERSCHIED

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur*m Kauffrau/ Kaufmann EFZ
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Logisches Denken, Verstehen von Arbeitsabläufen, Verständnis für Zahlen
  • Beherrschen von MS Office Excel, Word und Outlook (BC von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich und Korrespondenzerfahrung
  • Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind nicht Bedingung aber von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und vernetztes Denken
  • Zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibel und teamorientiert
  • Du behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
