Unser Betrieb hat seinen Sitz in Root und besteht aus einem Team von 20 Mitarbeitern, die sich jeden Tag mit viel Hingabe dafür einsetzen, die Gartenträume unserer Kunden zu verwirklichen. DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

  • Pflege und Betreuung der Gärten unserer Kundschaft gemeinsam mit Deiner Arbeitsgruppe als verantwortungsbewusster, entscheidungs- und handlungsfreudiger Kundengärtner*in
  • Du bist in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten und Dich selbst zu organisieren und achtest dabei stets auf eine effiziente Arbeitsweise Deines Teams.
  • Für die Koordination weiterer Arbeiten aufgrund Wünsche oder Anregungen der Kunden stehst Du in regem Kontakt mit unseren Bauführern.
  • Für sämtliche ausgeführte Arbeiten übernimmst Du die tägliche Rapportierung via iPad und achtest dabei auf ein sauberes und korrektes Vorgehen.

DAMIT MACHST DU DEN UNTERSCHIED

  • Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner*in
  • Evtl. Weiterbildung als Obergärtner, Grünflächenspezialist oder Gärtner*in FA
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
