Wir, die Niedermaier Gärten & Freiräume GmbH, sind ein innovatives Garten- und Landschaftsbau-Unternehmen aus Purfing / Vaterstetten bei München. Als Teil der GarLa-Gruppe begeistern wir mit 45 Kolleg:innen seit 40 Jahren unsere Kund:innen mit der Planung, dem Bau und der Pflege von Gärten und Außenanlagen.

Unser Fokus liegt dabei auf der Realisierung von Privatgärten. Insbesondere bei der Gestaltung von Wasseranlagen, natürlichen Badegewässern oder Bachläufen sind wir absolute Spezialist:innen. Dabei sind eine exzellente Qualität, langfristig zufriedene Kund:innen und glückliche Mitarbeiter:innen unsere Motivation.

DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS

Im Praktikum bist du von Anfang an Teil des Teams und packst bei vielfältigen Aufgaben wie Pflanzen, Pflastern oder Teichbau selbst mit an. Mit unseren erfahrenen Kolleg:innen auf den Baustellen lernst du den Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Maschinen, arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und darfst vieles ausprobieren. Am Ende jedes Tages siehst du direkt, was du geschafft hast, erlebst Teamgeist und sammelst echte Erfolgserlebnisse.

DAMIT MACHST DU DEN UNTERSCHIED

Im Praktkum sollst du einfach mal Ausprobieren und die Arbeit als Garten- Landschaftsbauer:in kennenlernen. Unsere Erwartungen an dich sind daher einfach:
