> What will you do?

As Center Manager, you are the face and beating heart of your GARRINCHA club. You run it as if it were your own business, taking responsibility for its day-to-day operations and continued growth.

  • You lead your team of permanent staff, student workers and flexi-job employees, ensuring efficient staff scheduling.
  • You maintain high standards of quality, tidiness, cleanliness and safety, keeping your club in top shape at all times.
  • You monitor revenue, court occupancy and other KPIs, taking action to improve performance.
  • You oversee food and beverage operations, from stock management and ordering to service and the customer experience.
  • You actively grow your community through tournaments, events and local activities.
  • You identify commercial opportunities with businesses, partners and local organisations.
  • You are a visible presence on the floor, know your customers and work with your team to deliver the true GARRINCHA experience.
  • You roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever needed.

> Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on people manager who takes ownership.

You are organised, commercially minded and outgoing. You spot opportunities, take initiative and get energy from both leading people and making customers happy.

You are comfortable working evenings and weekends. Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, sport, events, retail or leisure is a strong asset.

You speak fluent Dutch. French and English are a plus.
