Gary Mathews Motors Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between customers and our automotive service department, ensuring outstanding service and seamless communication throughout the repair process. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
  • Provide clear, accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate vehicle service appointments and communicate status updates to customers.
  • Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Record and process service orders, payments, and customer information accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues or concerns.
  • Promote additional services and products when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair terminology is a plus.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.
