Você vai atuar em uma área que garante a conformidade de documentos trabalhistas e cadastrais de empresas, funcionários e fornecedores, apoiando nossos clientes a manterem tudo em dia e sem riscos.

  • Conferir e lançar documentação de fornecedores no sistema.
  • Selecionar e acompanhar funcionários para análise documental.
  • Identificar e regularizar pendências atuais e retroativas.
  • Conferir documentos trabalhistas;
  • Realizar cadastros de empresas, vínculos, logins e documentos empresariais.
  • Atender clientes e fornecedores por telefone, e-mail e chatbot, garantindo prazos se nescessário

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável técnico ou superior em andamento em Administração, RH, Contabilidade ou áreas afins).
  • Conhecimento básico em pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e facilidade com rotinas administrativas.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para atendimento a clientes e fornecedores.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo de trabalho híbrido (Preferencialmente residir em Americana ou Santa Barbara d' Oeste)

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, RH ou departamento pessoal (estágio, jovem aprendiz ou similar).
  • Noções de documentos trabalhistas (folha, ponto, FGTS, DCTFWEB).
  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão (ERP, ServiceNow ou similares).
  • Facilidade com análise documental e controle de prazos.
