Quer usar sua experiência em enfermagem do trabalho para cuidar de pessoas e transformar ambientes de trabalho mais seguros e saudáveis? Na Gaseo Medicina Ocupacional, você atua com propósito real, em uma empresa sólida e em crescimento no setor de Saúde e Bem-Estar.

Você fará parte de um time técnico que apoia empresas clientes em programas de saúde ocupacional, prevenção de riscos e promoção de qualidade de vida no trabalho.

  • Realizar atendimentos de enfermagem ocupacional (rotina e intercorrências).
  • Apoiar na execução de exames ocupacionais e campanhas de saúde.
  • Controlar e organizar prontuários e registros em sistema.
  • Acompanhar PCMSO e ações de saúde com o médico do trabalho.
  • Orientar colaboradores sobre prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais.
  • Apoiar gestão de afastamentos, retornos e restrições laborais.
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos de saúde ocupacional.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação completa em Técnico(a) de Enfermagem, com COREN ativo.
  • Experiência prévia em Enfermagem do Trabalho ou Saúde Ocupacional (nível Pleno).
  • Conhecimento básico de legislação trabalhista e normas de saúde e segurança.
  • Vivência com rotinas de PCMSO, exames ocupacionais e campanhas de saúde.
  • Habilidade com prontuário eletrônico e organização de documentos.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em ambiente corporativo/empresas clientes.

Diferenciais:

  • Curso de especialização em Enfermagem do Trabalho.
  • Experiência em clínicas de medicina ocupacional ou SESMT.
  • Conhecimento em programas de qualidade de vida e prevenção de doenças crônicas.
  • Boa comunicação para conduzir orientações e ações educativas em grupo.
