Deine Aufgaben

Als marktorientierte Nachwuchsführungskraft mit IT- und Softwarekompetenz spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle im Aufbau eines jungen Beteiligungsunternehmen im Konsumgüterbereich. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver Markt- und Vertriebsstrategien, gestützt durch fortschrittliche IT- und Softwarelösungen. Du wirst eng mit dem kleinen Team zusammenarbeiten, um innovative Technologien zu integrieren, die unseren Vertriebsprozess optimieren und unseren Marktanteil erweitern.

Dein Profil

  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT und Software, mit der Fähigkeit, technologische Lösungen für Marketing- und Vertriebsziele zu entwickeln.
  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Analyse von Marktchancen und der Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, idealerweise in einem der Geschäftsbereiche der Gasser+Partner Gruppe.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, im Team zu arbeiten und Beziehungen zu Kunden und Geschäftspartnern zu pflegen.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen unternehmerisch umzusetzen.
  • Ein akademischer und/oder beruflicher Hintergrund in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, IT, Softwareentwicklung, Marketing oder Vertrieb.
