  • Lead change-management activities associated with integration and strategic initiatives, with emphasis on clear communication, physician engagement, teammate readiness, and adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel domestically as needed, up to 75%

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS or graduate education preferred.
  • 8-10 years in physician practice operations, multi-site management, or healthcare integration
  • 5 or more years leading complex cross-functional programs, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of physician practice operations (front office, back office, revenue cycle, EMR workflows).
  • Demonstrated success in change management and physician/staff engagement during acquisitions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
