Im Bereich Sales sorgen wir mit einer fachgerechten Beratung und Betreuung für ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kunden. Dies findet hauptsächlich auf Basis von Telefonaten oder auch schriftlichen Anfragen statt, welche wir mit Enthusiasmus und Freude zum Abschluss bringen und damit helfen unsere Vision voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben

  • Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht aus dem Verkauf und der Kundenberatung unserer Produkte und Services im Bereich Großküchentechnik
  • Die Betreuung des Kunden kann direkt am Telefon, per E-Mail oder über die Betreuung des Chats erfolgen
  • Während des Telefonats mit Deinem Kunden kümmerst Du Dich um die Bedürfnisse des Kunden und legst bereits den Auftrag an oder erstellt ein individuelles Angebot
  • Regelmäßig fasst Du selbstständig deine Angebote an Deine Kunden nach
  • Du gehst proaktiv auf Kunden zu und akquirierst Neukunden

Anforderungen

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Niederländisch sowie ggf. Englisch
  • In den letzten Jahren konntest Du bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Sales sammeln
  • Erfahrung in der Gastrobranche (keine Voraussetzung)
  • Ambitioniert, flexibel, lösungsorientiert
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice
