Ben jij de Senior ICT administrator waar wij naar op zoek zijn?

De ICT afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de beleidsontwikkeling en realisatie van het ICT beleid van Gate terminal. De senior ICT administrator wordt aangestuurd door de afdelingsmanager en is verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van hem op het gebied van beleidsontwikkeling, architectuur, security en het operationele beheer van de systemen en netwerken. Als senior is hij veelal eerste aanspreekpunt en werkt hij nauw samen met de ICT administrator.

Wat ga je doen?

In de functie van Senior ICT administrator ben je binnen de afdeling IT verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en realisatie van ICT (gebruikers)beleid, procedures, architectuur, security. Je beheert, optimaliseert en past hardware en systemen aan zodat deze adequaat functioneren, continu beschikbaar zijn en voldoen aan wensen en (veiligheids-) eisen van gebruikersorganisatie.

Je belangrijkste uitdagingen en taken

Welke functie je bij ons ook vervult, je kunt altijd een pionier zijn. In onze organisatie is volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief. In deze functie bestaan je taken en verantwoordelijkheden onder andere uit :

  • Ondersteunen van ICT manager ten aanzien van ICT (gebruikers-)beleid en bijbehorende procedures en passende systeemintegraties
  • Het (mede) ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en (projectmatig) implementeren van ICT architectuur en toezien op de vereiste (technische) infrastructuur
  • Het (mede) kiezen en implementeren van standaarden voor de inrichting van de architectuur
  • Het (mede) verrichten van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken e.e.a. in overleg met leidinggevende
  • Het initiëren en uitwerken van vernieuwingen, vervangingen, kostenreducties etc
  • Het beheren van licenties en releases, beveiligen van systemen en data (waaronder de gehele Microsoft 365 suite: Azure, security, collaboration en Intune), VMware, network monitoring (PRTG) en analyseren en adviseren ten aanzien van security policy inclusief procedures en systeemonderdelen
  • inventariseren van risico’s ter zake en adviseren van management hierover en uitzetten in overleg met CISO/ISO
  • Het (mede) analyseren met betrekking tot een effectieve en efficiënte koppeling van bedrijfsbehoefte aan ICT beleid en technische toepassing
  • Het beheren en onderhouden van standaarden en normen
  • Het onderhouden van het systeem- en netwerkbeheer binnen de organisatie

Functie-eisen

Je bent resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk, zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail, waardoor je goed past in onze organisatie.

Medewerkers van Gate hebben een uiteenlopende achtergrond: technisch, economisch, administratief en van MBO- tot WO-niveau. Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar kandidaten met;

  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding (niveau 4) op het gebied van ICT
  • Werkervaring met Microsoft 365 suite, VMware, Windows w2k16, w2k19, DNS/DHCP, Networking & Firewalls
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
