About the Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you are the essential link connecting our products to our customers – responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring our team delivers accurate, efficient, and safe service. You will oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the loading/unloading process while driving performance and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operation of the warehouse including safety & administrative functions.
  • Train warehouse associates on operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee efficient truck loading & unloading, proper material handling, accurate receiving & shipping, and a clean, well-maintained warehouse.
  • Ensure precise inventory control through consistent tracking, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy processes.
  • Manage fleet equipment.
  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and service levels.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Uphold Safety standards in all operations.

  • Physical Aptitude: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
