Unser niederländisicher Auftraggeber Bulsink B.V. ist ein renommierter 'General Contractor' im Bereich des Ladenbaus. Das Familienunternehmen wurde 1928 gegründet und konnte seitdem unzählbare Kunden beim Innenausbau unterstützen und begleiten. Über die Jahre hinaus wurde der Fokus auf die vier Kernbereiche Gastronomie, Retail, Leisure und Bürogebäude gelegt. Dabei ist die Firma ein 'One-Stop-Shop' für ihre Kunden. Über Konzeptentwurf, technische Planung bis hin zur Konstruktion und Lieferung: Bulsink B.V. entlastet den Kunden in allen Facetten und bietet somit ein Rundum-sorglos-Paket an. Dies geschieht alles gemäß dem Slogan: B.U.I.L.D.: Brand-Concious, Ultra-fast, Inspiring, Leading und Determined. Durch die jahrelange Erfahrung, das fundierte Know-How und ein breites Netzwerk an Partnern gehört Bulsink B.V. im Bereich des Innenausbaus in den Niederlanden ganz klar zu den Marktführern. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass die Firma jetzt seit einigen Jahren auch international aktiv ist und erfolgreich auf den deutschen Markt expandieren konnte.

Vom Standort in Hamburg aus werden Projekte in ganz Deutschland betreut und dafür gesorgt, dass der Innenausbau reibungslos verläuft. Um das Team weiter zu verstärken, sucht Bulsink B.V. nun einen ambitionierten Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d), der gemeinsam mit dem Rest des Teams die Projekte und Kunden betreut.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?

  • Erstellung und Analyse von Projektplänen, Kalkulationen und Angeboten
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Materialdisposition und Beschaffung aller erforderlichen Dienstleistungen
  • Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation mit Bauunternehmen, Auftraggebern sowie dem zuständigen Projektmanager
  • Sie überwachen und die Fortschritte im Projekt und den zeitlichen Ablauf
  • Sie sind für die Umsetzung der Kundenanforderung zuständig und beraten die Kunden
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem gesamten Team und den Kolleg:innen in den Niederlanden zusammen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation sämtlicher Projektdaten im ERP-System
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer gleichwertigen Position
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Bau oder in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Sie behalten den Überblick und können sich gut strukturieren und organisieren
  • Sie treffen selbstständig Entscheidungen, sind aber generell ein Teamplayer
  • Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Bauunternehmen und/oder Handwerkern ist von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sprechen gutes English (in-company)
