Studerar du personalvetenskap eller en annan HR-inriktad utbildning och vill ha ett flexibelt deltidsjobb vid sidan av studierna? I Kandidatservice har du daglig kontakt med Stockholms ekonomer och blir en viktig del av hur våra rekryteringskonsulter hittar rätt kandidat.

Om rollen En bra matchning mellan kund och kandidat börjar långt innan en intervju bokas. Därför har vi ett team av studenter som bygger och underhåller relationer med våra kandidater. Du blir en del av ett team som utgår från vårt fina kontor i Stockholm City.

Det här kommer du att göra

Kandidatsamtal: Du ringer ekonomer för att kartlägga deras nuläge och önskemål framåt, och hjälper dem med frågor de har.

Dokumentation: Du registrerar uppgifterna i vårt system och ser till att de är korrekta och fullständiga.

Mötesbokning: Du bokar intervjuer åt våra rekryteringskonsulter utifrån kandidaternas kompetens och önskemål.

Affärsmöjligheter: Du fångar upp behov av konsulter eller rekrytering som kommer fram i samtalen och för dem vidare till rätt kollega.

Krav

Du läser idag ett program i personalvetenskap eller motsvarande HR-inriktad utbildning. Rollen är ett studentjobb som ska kombineras med pågående studier, och utbildningen ger dig den grundförståelse för rekryteringsprocessen som arbetet bygger på.

Din förväntade examen är tidigast vid årsskiftet 2027/2028. Upplärningen tar tid, och vi söker någon som kan stanna minst två hela terminer från startdatumet.

Du kan arbeta ca 40 % på plats på kontoret, fördelat på två heldagar, en heldag och två halvdagar eller fyra halvdagar i veckan.

Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Kravet grundar sig i att det är de språk vi använder för att kommunicera med de flesta av våra kandidater.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av kundservice eller kundtjänst

Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ett CRM- eller rekryteringssystem
