1. Receber e conferir pagamentos referentes a vendas de produtos, através de máquina de cartão de credito, débito ou dinheiro, com a finalidade de contribuir com o controle financeiro da empresa;

2. Finalizar as vendas em andamento, fornecendo aos clientes recibos, notas fiscais e boletos de suas compras, a fim contribuir com os processos internos e atender a legislação vigente;

3. Finalizar pedidos de compra realizados por telefone, através da solicitação do vendedor por meio de apresentação do número do cupom, a fim de contribuir com a efetivação da venda;

4. Realizar vendas de autoatendimento, atendendo o cliente e fornecer informações sobre os produtos, garantindo agilidade e contribuindo com as vendas internas;

5. Conduzir o processo de devolução local, seguindo os processos internos sobre a apresentação de documento fiscal e outros que forem necessários, a fim de contribuir com a satisfação e fidelização do cliente;

6. Encerrar diariamente as atividades financeiras e fiscais da loja, seguindo os processos de controle e conferencia internos, para evitar desvios e contribuir com as informações contábeis;

7. Realizar cobrança de clientes inadimplentes, utilizando diariamente as informações do relatório de sistema integrado para manter contato telefônico com cada cliente, a fim de contribuir com o departamento de cobrança e reduzir prejuízos financeiros;

8. Organizar as correspondências internas diariamente, direcionando os malotes e movimentações financeiras aos devidos departamentos com agilidade, a fim de contribuir com a circulação das informações na empresa com agilidade;
