Design and maintain Python-based back-end services and connect applications to GraphQL APIs and partner integrations. Work with product and design partners on user flows, wireframes, mockups, data visualization, and analytics-driven features. Add user behavior and usage metrics when needed, and help review how changes perform. Maintain code quality through testing, refactoring, code review, CI/CD, and production monitoring. Collaborate across business and technical teams. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and product updates clearly. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
