-utrzymanie infrastruktury technicznej obiektów zgodnie z warunkami technicznymi oraz przepisami prawa budowlanego zapewniając jej niezawodność i ciągłość pracy, -koordynowanie prawidłowości funkcjonowania instalacji elektrycznych w obiektach Uniwersytetu, -udział w tworzeniu rocznych i wieloletnich planów remontów i konserwacji obiektów, -zlecanie i nadzór nad usuwaniem usterek, -zlecanie i nadzór nad wykonywaniem przeglądów instalacji i urządzeń, -przygotowywanie opisów przedmiotów zamówienia, specyfikacji technicznych oraz pozostałych dokumentów przetargowych, -udział w pracach nad realizacją nowych obiektów Uniwersytetu oraz w pracach remontowych, modernizacyjnych i eksploatacyjnych, -nadzór jakościowy i koordynowanie realizacji prac budowlanych wykonywanych w budynkach czynnych, -udział w procedurach odbiorowych, weryfikacja dokumentacji powykonawczej, -rozliczanie wykonanych robót oraz nadzór nad ich realizacją, -proponowanie rozwiązań w ramach planowanych projektów remontowo-budowlanych, -przygotowywanie zleceń i projektów umów, -udział w przeglądach planowanych i gwarancyjnych.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Elektromechanik* wykształcenie: wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowany kierunek: elektrotechnika, automatyka lub podobne, kilkuletniego doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnym stanowisku, mile widziane doświadczenie w eksploatacji instalacji elektrycznych, znajomości obsługi programu AutoCad, znajomości ustawy Prawo Budowlane i znajomości warunków technicznych, znajomości ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych będzie dodatkowym atutem, dobrej umiejętności posługiwania się komputerem i pakietem Ms Office, umiejętności pracy w zespole, otwartej komunikacji oraz zarządzania informacjami, umiejętność pracy samodzielnej i w współpracy z innymi jednostkami, dyspozycyjności i gotowości do podjęcia interwencji w przypadku awarii instalacji technicznych, możliwości świadczenia pracy poza standardowymi godzinami pracy w sytuacjach awaryjnych, umiejętności szybkiego reagowania i koordynowania działań usuwania awarii, umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu.
