Job Description Summary

This leader oversees a team of Product and Program Managers and serves as the primary link between Engineering, Commercial teams, and external market stakeholders. The role owns the multi-generation technology roadmap for grid integration capabilities and leads the commercialization strategy for new technologies, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive and responsive to evolving global market requirements. • Own the commercialization strategy and value proposition documentation, translating complex grid integration features into compelling sales support materials.
  • Provide programmatic leadership, owning the scheduling, pacing, and execution of grid integration software and testing programs to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner with the Engineering Leadership team to balance innovative development (e.g., grid-forming converters, hybrid storage) with the commercial requirements of specific turbine models and markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
