  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, assess risks, and introduce recovery actions when needed.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, change orders, and profitability while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, lead project status meetings, and ensure concerns and escalations are addressed promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources, contractors, equipment, logistics, and site-readiness activities to support efficient execution.
  • Oversee project performance and ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across project delivery, coordination, and operational processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Solid experience in wind energy, industrial construction, heavy-lift operations, field services, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience managing Major Component Upgrade projects, blade projects, or comparable large-scale field operations.
  • Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, rigging practices, site logistics, and contractor management.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project risks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Financial and commercial awareness, including experience managing project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Smartsheet and other project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Opportunity to lead major projects within the wind energy and renewable energy sector.
  • Exposure to complex technical operations, including major component upgrades, blade projects, and heavy-lift activities.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to operational excellence and the energy transition.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
