Job Description

Au sein de notre centre d’essais CERDA, vous rejoignez le premier laboratoire d’essais sur matériel haute tension de France, reconnu pour son expertise et son savoir-faire unique.

Notre centre gère et entretient plus de 2 500 équipements de pointe (alternateurs, transformateurs de puissance, disjoncteurs et sectionneurs haute tension, court-circuiteurs, compresseurs, chaînes de mesure, etc.). Un environnement techniquement stimulant, exigeant et passionnant, où chaque journée apporte un défi nouveau.

Missions principales

En tant que Technicien de Maintenance Multidisciplinaire, vous serez un acteur clé de la disponibilité et de la fiabilité de nos installations :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective sur un parc varié d’équipements électriques, mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes, analyser les causes et mettre en œuvre les solutions correctives adaptées.
  • Effectuer des réglages, ajustements et mises en service après intervention.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et à l’optimisation des plans de maintenance.
  • Garantir la sécurité et la conformité EHS lors de toutes les interventions.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes exploitation, essais et ingénierie pour assurer la continuité des opérations.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Bac +2/3 en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique, électromécanique, ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : 5 ans minimum en maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans un environnement complexe (labo, site de production, énergie, industrie lourde).
  • Compétences solides en électrotechnique, mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique et instrumentation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en sachant faire preuve d’autonomie.
  • Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et réactivité.
  • Curiosité technique et goût pour les environnements à forte technicité.
  • Excellent relationnel
