Die Gebäudeversicherung Luzern ist ein eigenständiges, öffentlich\-rechtliches Unternehmen, das mit langjähriger Erfahrung und Engagement in den Bereichen Prävention, Feuerwehr und Versicherung tätig ist. Tag für Tag engagieren wir uns für die Sicherheit der Hauseigentümerinnen und Hauseigentümer sowie der Bevölkerung im Kanton Luzern. Alle Gebäude im Kanton sind obligatorisch gegen Feuer\- und Elementarschäden versichert.

Wir suchen eine fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Interesse am präventiven Brandschutz.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion begleitest du Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme und übernimmst dabei viel Eigenverantwortung in einem motivierten Team.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Bauherrschaften, Planerinnen / Planer und Gebäudenutzerinnen / Gebäudenutzer bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Brandschutzmassnahmen und Sicherstellung adäquater Lösungen im Bereich Brandschutz
  • Beurteilung von Nachweisen im Rahmen von Baubewilligungsverfahren und Erstellung feuerpolizeilicher Bewilligungen
  • Durchführung von Baukontrollen und Abnahmen
  • Bearbeitung von Beitragsgesuchen für freiwillige Brandschutzmassnahmen
  • Mitwirken bei weiteren Aufgaben in der Brandschutz\-Prävention wie Referate, Schulungen

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss Fachhochschule im Bereich Architektur, Ingenieurwesen oder Gebäudetechnik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung im Baugewerbe
  • Abschluss als Brandschutzexpertin / Brandschutzexperte VKF oder die Bereitschaft, die Ausbildung zu absolvieren
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Versierter Umgang mit Office\-Programmen sowie Affinität zu digitalem Arbeiten
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
