Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Verfahrenstechniker chemische Fertigung (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Ansatzvorschriften, Fertigungsprotokollen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Begleitung von Pilot- und Erstansätzen in der Bulkherstellung sowie Überführung neuer Rezepturen in die Produktion
  • Prüfung der technischen und verfahrenstechnischen Machbarkeit von Kundenrezepturen
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von Herstellprozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Analyse von Prozessparametern und Produktionsverfahren sowie Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung der Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsbewertungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Arbeits- und Umweltschutz
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen, Normen und Regelwerken wie GMP und ISO 9001
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung & Entwicklung, Technik, Qualitätssicherung und Produktion sowie Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Qualifikation im chemisch-technischen Bereich, bspw. als Chemikant (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Produktionserfahrung (m/w/d), Techniker bzw. Meister im Bereich Chemie
  • Gern auch ein Abschluss als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit Interesse, sich in chemische Herstellprozesse und Verfahrenstechniken einzuarbeiten Darüber hinaus wünschen wir uns:
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bedienung, Überwachung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen und Prozesse
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, technische und verfahrenstechnische Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und verständlich zu dokumentieren
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Hinblick auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue technische Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
