  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance imaging solutions across on-premises, edge, and cloud environments.
  • Drive platform modernization through cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering leaders to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
  • Enable the adoption of AI-powered imaging capabilities including visualization, intelligent streaming, workflow optimization, and image analysis.
  • Establish architecture standards, technical governance, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor senior architects and provide technical leadership across global engineering teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade healthcare platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale software architectures.
  • Proven experience building high-performance, distributed systems in healthcare, medical imaging, or similarly complex technology environments.
  • Deep understanding of medical imaging platforms, including DICOM, PACS, and clinical imaging workflows.
  • Experience architecting scalable solutions across on-premises, edge, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, containerized applications, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software platforms, including AI inference, image analysis, or intelligent workflow optimization.
  • Strong programming background in C++, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Demonstrated success leading senior technical teams, influencing architecture across organizations, and driving enterprise technology strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Medical Imaging, Computational Imaging, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced medical imaging technologies including rendering, visualization, image streaming, and large-scale imaging datasets.
  • Knowledge of GPU computing (CUDA or equivalent), parallel processing, and high-performance computing.
  • Experience with AI-enabled imaging capabilities such as image segmentation, image enhancement, intelligent streaming, or predictive data loading.
  • Familiarity with modern visualization techniques, scientific imaging, and enterprise healthcare platforms.
  • Experience mentoring senior architects and leading technical transformation across globally distributed engineering organizations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
