O Estagiário de Operações é responsável pelo processo de importação e gerenciamento de maquinas e acessorios de Ultrassom, conectado com equipes multifuncionais como S&OP, Fábricas, Logística, Time de Produto e de Vendas para atender a demanda solicitada, sempre com foco na entrega da receita esperada pela companhia e na satisfação do cliente, alinhado com time de Customer Experience / Manutenção, programação e coordenação de projetos - Contratos / Análise de dados e configuração dos equipamentos / Manutenção de CFD

Responsabilidades Essenciais:

  • Ira acompanhar o Importação de ponta a ponta, desde a captura da demanda, colocação dos POs na fábrica, acompanhamento das etapas de liberação e logística até o recebimento no armazém no Brasil;
  • Suporte a vendas e ao time operações como gestão de SFDC, booking e faturamento;
  • Responsavel por todo o Inventário Brasil de Equipamentos de Ultrassom;
  • Executar o faturamento de itens que ficaram pendentes de entrega;
  • Executar o dia a dia sempre com uma visão de melhoria de processos, liderando novos incentivos e adotando projetos de simplificação;
  • Suportar o Líder de operações em relatórios semanais de estoque e projetos para redução de estoque antigo e obsoleto no Brasil
  • Alinhamentos com time de produto de configurações padrão e estratégia de produto;
  • Manutenção de CFD ;
  • Atendimento de Tickets reacionados a CFD

Requisitos:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Engenharia, Administração ou similares com formação prevista para 12/2026;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Noções de Power BI;
  • Perfil proativo e energético, com boa organização e independência;
  • Perfil curioso.
