Job Description
岗位职责
- 洞察客户与市场，制定销售策略：深入洞察客户需求、战略及决策机制，掌握竞争、市场和政策变化，制定并动态调整 Account Plan 和销售策略。
- 驱动业务增长，提升客户价值：达成销售、订单、收入及回款目标，攻坚重大及复杂项目；持续拓展设备、服务、升级、数字化及生命周期业务，提升 Share of Wallet，实现可持续增长。
- 深化客户关系，扩大客户影响力：建立并维护客户管理层、关键决策者、KOL及相关利益方关系，拓展客户生态资源，持续提升 GE HealthCare 的客户影响力和战略合作深度。
- 提升专业能力，开发整体解决方案：持续学习并整合产品、临床、市场、政策及数字化等专业知识，深入挖掘客户需求，推动从单一产品向多模态、跨业务及整体解决方案拓展。
- 打通售前售后，实现全生命周期经营：贯通售前、成交、交付、应用、服务及回款全过程，持续关注客户体验和满意度，将售后服务转化为续购、增购及新的业务机会，实现客户全生命周期价值。
- 整合内外资源，推动高效协同：统筹产品销售、服务、临床、应用、市场及渠道等内外部资源，推动跨团队协同和问题解决，实现客户价值与公司整体利益最大化。
- 驾驭复杂环境，坚持长期主义：在复杂竞争和快速变化中保持清晰判断与执行韧性，坚持诚信合规、持续学习，以长期客户价值为导向推动业务持续发展。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上医疗行业销售及客户管理经验。
- 具备良好的商业意识和市场洞察能力，理解医疗行业生态、客户需求及竞争格局，能够识别并拓展业务机会。
- 具备较强的学习和适应能力，能够快速掌握产品、临床、市场及数字化等知识，并有效影响和推动跨团队达成目标。
- 具备较强的资源协调、跨团队协同及渠道管理能力，能够整合内外部资源，推动复杂项目有效落地。
- 具备高度的诚信和合规意识，能够识别并管控业务风险，确保业务规范、可持续开展。
