Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserem Haupt-Fertigungsstandort in Bad St. Leonhard suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis ab sofort eine(n) engagierte(n) 1 (Junior) HR Generalist (m/w/x) CAREERS BUILT TO LAST - DAS ERWARTET DICH BEI UNS:

* Einblick in alle HR-Bereiche: Du arbeitest in verschiedenen Bereichen unserer HR-Abteilung mit und lernst die Bandbreite des Personalmanagements kennen. Vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding unterstützt du den gesamten Employee Life Cycle und die HR-Administration.

* Zeiterfassung: Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung unseres Zeit- und Lohnsystems.

* Personaladministration: Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, bereitest Reportings vor, pflegst Stammdaten und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie die Abwicklung von Förderungen.

* Projekte & Digitalisierung: Du arbeitest an spannenden HR-Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung mit und bringst deine Ideen ein.

* Events: Du planst und begleitest Lehrlings- und Karriereevents und Messen.

DAMIT KANNST DU UNS BEGEISTERN:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Studium, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation).

* Du hast Interesse an vielfältigen Personalthemen und möchtest die gesamte Bandbreite des HR-Bereichs kennenlernen.

* Du beherrschst MS Office, vor allem Excel, und nutzt es sicher für deine Aufgaben.

* Du arbeitest zuverlässig, organisiert und hast immer den Anspruch, einen exzellenten Service zu bieten.

* Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
