Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!Als Bouw en Buurtconciërge ben jij de schakel tussen de bouwplaats en de buurt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, ondernemers en voorbijgangers. Je weet wat er op de bouwplaats gebeurt en begrijpt dat werkzaamheden soms overlast of vragen met zich meebrengen.Je werkt voornamelijk buiten en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden en de omgeving goed op elkaar aansluiten.JOUW WERKZAAMHEDENJe bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en ondernemers.Je beantwoordt vragen en verwijst mensen door wanneer nodig.Je signaleert overlast, onveilige situaties en knelpunten.Je helpt bij het oplossen van problemen rondom de bouwplaats.Je houdt de bouwplaats en omgeving netjes en verzorgd.Je ondersteunt de uitvoerder waar nodig.Je koppelt signalen uit de buurt terug aan het projectteam.WAT WORDT ER GEVRAAGD?Je hebt ervaring in de bouw, infra of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving.Je bent sociaal, communicatief vaardig en kunt goed luisteren.Je werkt zelfstandig en ziet wat er moet gebeuren.Je denkt in oplossingen en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende mensen.Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en een nette werkomgeving.WAT BIEDEN WIJ?Minder fysiek zwaar werk, terwijl je betrokken blijft bij de bouw en infra.Een afwisselende functie op verschillende projectlocaties.Een zelfstandige functie met verantwoordelijkheid.Een baan waarin jouw ervaring en vakkennis van waarde zijn.Een salaris tussen 2600 en 2900 euro bruto per maand, uitbetaald elke 4 weken.Wij zijn Geja/Fount!Een detacheringsbureau met een sociaal oogmerk.
