Om tjänsten: Som inköpsassistent på Gekås Ullared med fokus på konfektion, väskor och skor kommer du att spela en viktig roll i vårt inköpsteam. Ditt arbete kommer att innebära att assistera vårt team med alltifrån orderhantering och uppföljning till analysarbete. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra inköpare och bidra till att säkerställa att vårt sortiment alltid är aktuellt och attraktivt för våra kunder. Dina arbetsuppgifter:

Orderhantering och uppföljning av leveranser

Artikelregistrering och prisuppdateringar i vårt affärssystem

Kommunikation med leverantörer både nationellt och internationellt

Stödja inköpare i det dagliga arbetet

Övrig administration

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har en utbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet inom inköp, mode eller liknande. Utöver det behöver du ha erfarenhet eller dokumenterad kunskap om materiallära inom området konfektion, väskor eller skor. Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska. Som person är du analytisk, har en god planeringsförmåga och ett öga för detaljer. Du trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter och har lätt för att hålla ordning och prioritera när det är mycket att göra. Att ha känsla, intresse och engagemang för trender, handel och affärer är en förutsättning för att klara av arbetet. Vi ser även att du har god samarbetsförmåga då hela vår organisation finns under ett och samma tak där vi jobbar i nära samverkan med varandra. Vad erbjuder vi?
