Τεχνικό Υποστήριξης Call Center / Monitoring

για το Σύστημα Ηλεκτρονικού Εισιτηρίου των αστικών συγκοινωνιών στο Ν. Αττικής.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ανταποκρίνεται στις τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις του προσωπικού του ΟΑΣΑ και παρέχει υποστήριξη 1ου επιπέδου, ενημέρωση και οδηγίες σχετικά με τη χρήση του εξοπλισμού.
  • Παρακολουθεί τον εξοπλισμό μέσω των ειδικών εποπτικών και διαχειριστικών εργαλείων.
  • Διαχειρίζεται την επίλυση βλαβών μέσω του συστήματος απομακρυσμένης διαχείρισης εξοπλισμού.
  • Καταγράφει τις βλάβες στο βλαβοληπτικό πρόγραμμα.
  • Αξιολογεί την καταγεγραμμένη βλάβη και την προωθεί στο 2ο και 3ο επίπεδο προς επίλυση.
  • Υποστηρίζει την αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία του συστήματος Ηλεκτρονικού Εισιτηρίου.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ Πληροφορικής, Τηλεπικοινωνιών & Δικτύων, Ηλεκτρονικού ή Μηχανικού Αυτοματισμού
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων και παροχής τεχνικής υποστήριξης στη λειτουργία ηλεκτρονικού και ηλεκτρικού εξοπλισμού
  • Εμπειρία 2 έτη τουλάχιστον σε τμήμα τεχνικής υποστήριξης πελατών
  • Άριστη γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε τμήμα Πληροφορικής
  • Γνώση χειρισμού Jira-ticketing θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
