Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT‑Teams suchen wir einen engagierten IT‑Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Schnittstellenanbindungen und technische Kundenkommunikation. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Kunden ihre Aufträge automatisiert und zuverlässig in unsere Systeme einspeisen können. Des Weiteren begleiten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer logistischen IT‑Anwendungen.

  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Schnittstellenanbindungen (z. B. API, EDI, Datei‑Importe) zur automatisierten Auftragserfassung
  • Technische Integration von Kunden- und Partnersystemen in unsere IT‑Landschaft
  • Ansprechpartner im Bereich IT Kunden / IT Logistik
  • Betreuung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer logistischen Anwendungen
  • Analyse von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern
  • Dokumentation von Schnittstellen, Prozessen und technischen Lösungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung, Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Digitalisierungsmanagement)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT, idealerweise im Bereich Schnittstellenanbindungen, Systemintegration und/oder logistische Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Problemlösungskompetenz, eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
