Aufgaben

  • Überwachung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Active Directory Domäne
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der HP Netzwerkumgebung
  • Aufbau und Überwachung der Cloud IP-Telefonie
  • Benutzersupport für die Standorte in Deutschland
  • First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Logistikstandorte in Deutschland
  • Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung der IT Prozesse und Tätigkeiten
  • Aufbau und Betreuung der Office365 Cloud Umgebung
  • Mitarbeit an zukünftigen IT-Projekten
  • Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
  • Einrichtung und Inventarisierung der Hardware
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Fortinet (Switch, AP, Firewall)

Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Active Directory, Powershell, GPO, Exchange, WSUS)
  • gute Kenntnisse über virtualisierte Umgebungen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Clouddiensten / Azure / Microsoft 365
  • Kenntnisse über Netzwerktechniken, Routing und VLAN
  • sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen IT-Dienstleistern
  • erste Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit sind wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit in Deutschland
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse C2
