Job Summary: As a Protocol Engineer at CryptoCo, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the network protocols that are the backbone of our blockchain platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the development of high-performance, secure, and reliable systems that will revolutionize financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize network protocols to ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of our blockchain platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and potential challenges. Troubleshoot and resolve protocol-related issues to ensure optimal performance. Maintain up-to-date documentation of protocol specifications and development activities. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and protocol engineering. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, learning-centric work environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in protocol engineering, networking, or a related area. Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Rust, or C++. Deep understanding of networking protocols, blockchain technology, and cryptography. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
