Dan ben jij misschien het diensthoofd Loket (Burgerzaken, Onthaal en Communicatie) dat wij zoeken.

In deze uitdagende functie stuur je de teams Burgerzaken, Onthaal en Communicatie aan en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een kwalitatieve, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte dienstverlening. Je ontwikkelt een duidelijke visie op de verdere uitbouw van deze diensten en vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en resultaten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven en personeelsbeheer: leidinggeven en organiseren van het team om de doelstellingen van de dienst op een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en klantgerichte manier te realiseren; coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers, begeleiden van veranderings- en verbetertrajecten, …
  • Beleidsvoorbereiding en beleidsuitvoering: opstellen van beleidsvoorstellen, nota’s en reglementen, opvolgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving, initiëren van projecten rond dienstverlening, participatie en dienstverlening, opvolgen van acties en rapporteringen, …
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dienst burgerzaken: toezien op een correcte toepassing van de wetgeving inzake bevolking, burgerlijke stand, nationaliteit, verkiezingen en vreemdelingenzaken, bewaken van kwaliteit en rechtszekerheid van dossiers, aansturen van digitalisering, …
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dienst onthaal: uitbouwen van een klantgerichte onthaalwerking, zorgen voor een klantgericht en correcte eerstelijnsonthaal, bewaken van bereikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid, …

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als professioneel leidinggevende.
