Als redder oefen je toezicht uit op de veiligheid van de zwemmers en zorg je ervoor dat het huishoudelijk reglement door iedereen nageleefd wordt.

Je voert een aantal technische en logistieke taken uit, dit ter ondersteuning van de dienstverlening en een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de dienst.

Je signaleert en voorkomt incidenten en onveilige situaties en treedt op bij incidenten om zo gebruikers in staat te stellen op een veilige manier gebruik te maken van de zwembadenaccommodatie.

Dit verwachten we van jou:

  • Klantgerichtheid: je leeft je in de situatie van klanten in, denkt mee, biedt correcte informatie en streeft naar klanttevredenheid door acties te ondernemen waar nodig
  • Zelfstandig werken: je organiseert en overziet je eigen werk, stelt prioriteiten, handelt adequaat bij onvoorziene omstandigheden en zorgt ervoor dat je resultaten voldoen aan de verwachtingen
  • Veilig werken: je volgt veiligheidsrichtlijnen nauwgezet, gebruikt de juiste hulpmiddelen, hebt oog voor de veiligheid van iedereen en signaleert onveilige situaties tijdig
