Werken voor de afdeling Werk, Inkomen, Jeugd en Zorg (WIJZ) is werken aan het vangnet voor mensen die in kwetsbare omstandigheden terecht zijn gekomen. Bijvoorbeeld inwoners die ondersteuning nodig hebben om aan het werk te komen, inwoners met schulden of inkomensproblemen, ouderen met zorgproblematiek en kinderen in nood. Je werkt samen met externe partijen uit de regio zoals zorgaanbieders en scholen. Dit is de afdeling waar je écht verschil kunt maken voor mensen die het alleen even niet redden.

Hoe doe jij ertoe:

  • Onze klanten spreken en begeleiden (in stappen) naar participatie vanuit de participatiewet
  • Je spreekt hierbij klanten van 27+. Indien er ruimte is en elders druk, kan het zijn dat je ook andere doelgroepen spreekt
  • Regievoering over je eigen caseload, waaronder het inkopen en bewaken van de voortgang van verschillende soorten trajecten
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve vastlegging in verschillende systemen
  • Vanuit een brede blik binnen leefgebieden, de belemmeringen van onze klanten zoveel mogelijk (laten) aanpakken

Hoe ziet je dag er uit?

Je begint je werkdag met het bellen van een klant die al langere tijd niet gesproken is en plant een afspraak in op kantoor om in beeld te brengen waar de mogelijkheden om te participeren liggen.

Vervolgens pleeg je een paar telefoontjes en bereid je een duo intake voor waarbij je een nieuwe klant spreekt samen met je collega Consulent Inkomen. De klant heeft recht op een uitkering en je plant gelijk een vervolggesprek in waarbij je gezamenlijk in kaart gaat brengen wat het vervolg zal zijn. Zet je een traject in, is vrijwilligerswerk een optie of is er iets anders nodig om de inwoner te activeren.

Na de lunch heb je een afspraak in Wassenaar met een klant bij de vrijwilligerscentrale en staat er nog een afspraak met je collega consulenten participatie. Hierin bespreken jullie hoe wordt omgaan met de overdracht van een aantal dossiers vanuit de consulenten regulier. Met welke partijen hebben we een samenwerking die hierin wellicht een rol kunnen spelen. Na het overleg ga je nog even voor jezelf aan de slag en werk je administratie weg van de klanten die je vandaag hebt gesproken. Morgen weer een dag!

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde HBO opleiding
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring waarvan in de laatste 2 jaar met het werken met onze doelgroep
  • Ruime kennis van de Participatiewet en affiniteit met de doelgroep
  • Ervaring met Suit4Work, Suwinet en Key2Burgerzaken
  • Je bent een teamplayer en hebt een goed beeld van de sociale kaart

Wat doen we voor jou?

  • Salaris van minimaal €3,524 en maximaal €5,033 per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 9)
  • In deze vaste baan start je met een tijdelijke arbeidsovereenkomst van 12 maanden
  • Individueel keuzebudget (IKB) ter waarde van 17,05% van het salaris (incl. vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering)
  • Persoonlijke ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en studiefaciliteiten
  • Thuiswerkmogelijkheden, een iPhone en laptop
