Werken voor het Klant Contact Centrum (KCC) is werken voor het gezicht van Leidschendam-Voorburg. Ieder team draagt op haar manier bij aan onze dienstverlening voor onze inwoners. Hier worden klanten geholpen zoals zij geholpen willen worden: aan de balie, telefonisch en online. De afdeling waar je direct van betekenis kunt zijn.

Hoe doe jij ertoe:

  • Je handelt ongeveer 70% van de vragen zelfstandig af
  • Je zoekt snel de juiste informatie op en legt die helder uit. Kun je een vraag niet direct beantwoorden? Dan zet je die door naar de juiste afdeling of plan je een terugbelverzoek in
  • Je legt contactmomenten en meldingen zorgvuldig vast in de systemen
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat inwoners zich serieus genomen voelen en verder kunnen. Dat maakt jouw werk zichtbaar en waardevol.

Hoe ziet je dag er uit?

Je start de dag, logt in en neemt de eerste telefoontjes aan. Een inwoner heeft een vraag over een paspoortaanvraag; jij helpt direct. De volgende melding gaat over de openbare ruimte; jij zet die door naar de juiste afdeling. Tussen de gesprekken door beantwoord je contactformulieren en werk je zaken bij. ’s Middags word je gecoacht op je vaardigheden en gesprekstechnieken door onze kwaliteitscoach. Vandaag werk je op kantoor met je collega’s; morgen werk je thuis. Afwisselend, leerzaam en nooit saai.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar in een klantcontactfunctie (bijvoorbeeld in een callcenter of klantenservice)
  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 diploma
  • Ervaring binnen een gemeente of overheidsorganisatie? Mooi meegenomen!
  • Je bent beschikbaar op de woensdag
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en schakelt soepel tussen verschillende systemen
  • Je spreekt goed Engels en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen de Nederlands en Engelse taal.

Wat doen we voor jou?

  • Salaris van minimaal €2875 en maximaal €4065 per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (schaal 7)
  • In deze vaste baan start je met een tijdelijke arbeidsovereenkomst van 12 maanden
  • Individueel keuzebudget (IKB) ter waarde van 17,05% van het salaris (incl. vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering)
  • Persoonlijke ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en studiefaciliteiten
  • Thuiswerkmogelijkheden, een iPhone en laptop.

  • Je werkt volgens een vast basisrooster en bent verplicht beschikbaar op woensdag. De eerste zes maanden werk je volledig op kantoor. Daarna is hybride werken mogelijk, waarbij je minimaal 50% van je werktijd op kantoor werkt
  • De eerste sollicitatieronde is een groepssollicitatie. Deze vindt plaats op donderdagmiddag 29 oktober 2026. Vanwege het grote aantal reacties is het niet mogelijk om dit gesprek op een andere datum te plannen.
