Bouw mee aan de straten, fietspaden en publieke ruimte van Olen.

Een verzakte boordsteen, een voetpad dat opnieuw veilig moet worden, een riolering die hersteld moet worden, een straat die een nieuwe, klimaatbestendige inrichting krijgt: dat zijn de dingen die inwoners zien en waar jij mee voor zorgt.

Als medewerker bouw werk je mee aan het onderhoud én de vernieuwing van het openbaar domein in Olen. Je herstelt niet alleen wat stuk is, maar bouwt ook mee aan nieuwe projecten die het straatbeeld verbeteren.

We zoeken geen pure uitvoerder. Wel iemand die zijn stiel kent, zelfstandig en in team kan werken en verder denkt dan de opdracht alleen.

Enkele van jouw concrete taken:

  • Je voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit aan wegen, voet- en fietspaden, rioleringen en andere infrastructuur.
  • Je sluit woningen aan op de openbare riolering.
  • Je helpt mee bij de aanleg van nieuwe verhardingen en infrastructuur.
  • Je werkt mee aan onthardings-, vergroenings- en herinrichtingsprojecten.
  • Je signaleert problemen en denkt mee na over oplossingen.
  • Je registreert je opdrachten digitaal.

Je bent iemand die graag buiten werkt en voldoening haalt uit zichtbaar resultaat.

Je beschikt over minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring in bijvoorbeeld wegenbouw, grondwerken, rioleringswerken, tuinaanleg of een andere bouwkundige richting.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je zelfstandig wanneer dat nodig is
  • zie je werk en wacht je niet altijd op instructies
  • denk je mee na over een goede aanpak
  • communiceer je vlot met collega's en inwoners
  • neem je verantwoordelijkheid op voor de kwaliteit van je werk
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Je hebt een rijbewijs C of bent bereid dit te behalen.
