Als verpleegkundige in het woonzorgcentrum dien je integrale zorg te verlenen (verpleegkundig en psychosociaal) aan een toegewezen groep bewoners, teneinde hun gezondheid en welzijn te behouden, te verbeteren of te herstellen en hun autonomie te bevorderen. Je werkt onder de rechtstreekse leiding van de hoofdverpleegkundige.

Takenpakket:

  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij de persoonlijke verzorging. Je helpt bij het aan- en uitkleden, het wassen en andere specifieke lichamelijke zorgen;
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt de bewoners in moeilijke of emotionele momenten;
  • Je luistert naar de bewoners, voert gesprekken met hen en hun naasten en bevordert de familiale banden door hen te stimuleren deel te nemen aan het sociale leven op de eenheid;
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit ter ondersteuning van de eenheid;
  • Je bent bereid om op avonden en in het weekend te werken;
  • Je kan zowel goed samenwerken als zelfstandig werken;
  • Je bent klantgericht, verantwoordelijk en integer;
  • Je gaat respectvol om met de bewoners, hun naasten en jouw collega’s;
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet zo makkelijk connectie op te bouwen met derden;
  • Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en stressbestendig;
  • Tenslotte ben je goed in staat om het eigen werk te plannen en af te werken.

Om in aanmerking te komen moet je voldoen aan volgende voorwaarden:

  • Beschikken over een diploma Verpleegkundige;
  • Een gunstig uittreksel uit het strafregister model 1 (max. 3 maanden oud) kunnen voorleggen.
