Befristung

Das Dienstverhältnis wird vorerst befristet auf 6 Monate abgeschlossen, der erste Monat versteht sich als Probemonat. Angestrebt wird ein dauerhaftes, unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis.

Grundlegende Voraussetzungen der BewerberInnen

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder EU-Staatsbürgerschaft (mit den erforderlichen Sprachkenntnissen)

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst bei männlichen Bewerbern

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Vorhandene Ausbildung zur Kinderbetreuerin (LGBI. 5060/4 oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

* Verantwortung in Einzel- und Gruppensituationen übernehmen

* Offenheit

* Flexibilität und Spontanität

* Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Anstellung und Entlohnung

Die Anstellung und Entlohnung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetz 2025 (NÖ GBedG 2025) in der geltenden Fassung. Die Entlohnung erfolgt im gesetzlichen Ausmaß (Entlohnungsgruppe P1). Für unsere Gemeinde ist die frühkindliche Erziehung eine bedeutende und zentrale Aufgabe. Daher unterstützten und fördern wir gut ausgebildetes und qualifiziertes Personal.
