Die Gemeinde Arth mit den Dorfschaften Arth, Oberarth und Goldau zählt mit ihren 12'700 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern zu den grossen Gemeinden im Kanton Schwyz. Die in die Voralpenlandschaft eingebettete Gemeinde befindet sich verkehrstechnisch an zentraler Lage, am Fusse der Rigi sowie am Ufer des Zugersees und ist ein äusserst attraktiver Wohn- und Arbeitsraum.

Die Abteilung Gesellschaft sucht für den Bereich Asylwesen mit Standort in Arth per

1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit. Zusammen mit einem Kollegen betreuen und beraten Sie Asylsuchende, vorläufig aufgenommene Personen (Status F) und Personen mit Schutzstatus S.

Erfahrene Fachperson Asylwesen oder Sozialarbeiter/in (60-100%) ##

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung der wirtschaftlichen Asylsozialhilfe sowie Ausrichtung von Sach- und Fürsorgeleistungen gemäss den geltenden Vorgaben
  • Selbstständige Fallführung vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, einschliesslich der dazugehörigen Administration
  • Sozialberatung und Unterstützung bei persönlichen, sozialen und finanziellen Anliegen
  • Förderung eines respektvollen Zusammenlebens und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre in den Unterkünften sowie Unterstützung der betreuten Personen bei der Entwicklung ihrer Wohnkompetenz
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kontrolle von Sauberkeit und Hygiene in den Unterkünften sowie bei der Bereitstellung und Bewirtschaftung der Wohnplätze
  • Administrative Aufgaben in verschiedenen Fachbereichen, insbesondere Sozialversicherungen, Wohnen, Arbeit, Finanzen, Beschlussfassung usw.

Sie besitzen folgende Fähigkeiten:

  • Eine Ausbildung im Sozialbereich auf Stufe FH/HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung - alternativ fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Asylsozialhilfe oder in der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe und Sozialberatung.
  • Gute administrative Fähigkeiten, sowie IT-Anwenderkenntnisse - insbesondere in Microsoft 365 und KLIB und ein Flair für Zahlen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz, hohe Belastbarkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und vernetztes Denken.
