Im Herzen des Toggenburgs verbindet die Gemeinde das ländlich geprägte und touristisch orientierte obere Toggenburg mit der städtisch ausgerichteten Agglomeration Wil. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter/in Sozialamt ##

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Mitarbeit bei Beratungen in persönlichen, finanziellen und rechtlichen Belangen sowie Leistungen von Sozialhilfe
  • Mitarbeit bei sozialhilferechtlichen Verfahren gemäss Sozialhilfegesetz
  • Vorbereitung Auszahlungen von Unterstützungsleistungen, Alimentenbevorschussungen, Elternschaftsbeiträge
  • Mitarbeit Klientenbuchhaltung sowie bei Fallführung im TUTORIS
  • Verwaltung und Bearbeitung der Rückerstattungsdossiers
  • Mitarbeit bei Betreuung und Integration asylsuchender Personen
  • Mitarbeit bei Arbeitsintegration Sozialklienten
  • Auskunftserteilung am Schalter und Telefon

Anforderungen: Vorausgesetzt wird für diese vielseitige Aufgabe eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau bzw. Kaufmann öffentliche Verwaltung. Zudem zeichnet Sie eine exakte, speditive, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus. Ihre hohe Sozialkompetenz, Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen und Ihre Kundenorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab. Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Berufserfahrung im Bereich der finanziellen Sozialhilfe.
