Werden Sie zur organisatorischen Drehscheibe des Regionalen Bauamt RBS und unterstützen Sie unsere Bauverwaltung mit Übersicht, Engagement und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere administrativen Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer modernen, bürgernahen und zukunftsorientierten Verwaltung.

Ihre Kernaufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination des Baubewilligungsverfahren sowie Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und vollständigen Verfahrensablaufs
  • Beurteilung und Prüfung von Baugesuchen im Anzeige\- und ordentlichen Verfahren
  • Beurteilung und Prüfung von Gestaltungsplan\- und Reklamegesuchen bis zur Bewilligung
  • Ausarbeitung von Baubewilligungen und Anträgen zuhanden des Gemeinderates
  • Beratung von Bauherrschaften, Architekten und Fachplanern bei Baugesuchen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Leitung RBS in allen Fragen des Baurechts
  • Gebührenerhebung und \-verfügung bis zur Schlussabrechnung des Bauvorhabens

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bau\- und Planungsrecht sowie sichere Anwendung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich einer öffentlichen Verwaltung oder eines Planungsbüros
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Gemeindeverwaltung (von Vorteil mit Abschluss Bauverwalter/in LU oder Bereitschaft den Lehrgang Fachmodul Bauwesen zu absolvieren)
  • Kundenorientierte, lösungsfokussierte Arbeitsweise – mit Rückgrat und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Anwendung (MS Office; eBaGe\+ und CMI von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamplayer/in: flexibel, belastbar und bereit, auch mal querzudenken
