Sie beschäftigt rund 800 Mitarbeitende in 100 Berufen.

Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung sucht die Abteilung Bildung, Soziale Einrichtungen und Sport, Fachstelle Prävention, Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit, Sie als

Aushilfe offene Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit (50 %)

Die Aushilfsstelle ist bis 30\. 2027 befristet.

Das bewirken Sie bei uns

  • Sie unterstützen die offene Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit in den Gebieten Köniz Liebefeld und . Dies beinhaltet die Mitarbeit beim Betrieb der Kinder\- und Jugendtreffs und die Durchführung von themenspezifischen Aktivitäten und Projekten
  • Sie animieren und begleiten Kinder und Jugendliche im Bereich Freizeitgestaltung und binden sie aktiv ein
  • Sie arbeiten bei Bedarf aufsuchend und unterstützen bei Interventionen im öffentlichen Raum
  • Sie sensibilisieren und unterstützen Kinder\- und Jugendliche und triagieren sie bei Bedarf
  • Sie vernetzen sich mit Schulen, Quartierorganisationen, Kirchen, Fach\- und Verwaltungsstellen und arbeiten konstruktiv mit ihnen zusammen
  • Sie pflegen im Team offene Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit Köniz eine aktive gebietsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie wirken in Teamgefässen aktiv mit

So begeistern Sie uns

  • Diplom in Soziokultureller Animation, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit oder in einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der offenen Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit
  • Bereitschaft, die offene Kinder\- und Jugendarbeit nach professionellen Kriterien mitzugestalten und Verantwortung für das Aufgabengebiet zu übernehmen
  • Sie sind in der , vertrauensvolle, professionelle Beziehungen zu Kindern und Jugendlichen aufzubauen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und bei Bedarf Durchsetzungswille
  • Bereitschaft, auch am Freitagabend und ausnahmsweise am Wochenende zu arbeiten
