Ostermundigen ist im Kanton Bern mit rund 19‘000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern eine dynamisch wachsende Gemeinde mit steigenden Anforderungen an den öffentlichen Dienst. Der attraktive Standort in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bundeshauptstadt bietet Lebensqualität und Entwicklungspotenzial für Unternehmen.

An den fünf Schulen in Ostermundigen werden rund 1‘800 Schülerinnen und von über 250 Lehrpersonen unterrichtet und gefördert und an den vier Tagesschulstandorten werden rund 550 Kinder betreut.

Für das neue Schulsekretariat mit Arbeitsort in der Schulanlage Rothus suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine / einen

Sekretärin / Sekretär (10% resp. ab 2027 40%) ===============================================

Die Arbeitszeit wird während der Schulzeit bis 2027 am Dienstag ganztags, danach nach Absprache, geleistet.

Zeit für eine berufliche Veränderung?

  • Sie wirken mit beim Aufbau, bei der Inbetriebnahme und bei der Weiterentwicklung der administrativen Abläufe der neuen Schule Rothus
  • Sie erledigen Sekretariatsaufgaben im Auftrag der Schulleitung und sind erste Anlaufstelle für Lehrpersonen, Eltern, Schülerinnen und sowie externen Stellen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung der Rechnungen und Lagerabrechnungen
  • Sie führen die lohnwirksame, individuelle Pensenbuchhaltung (IPB) der Lehrpersonen
  • Sie stellen eine sorgfältige Daten\- und Dokumentenbewirtschaftung sicher
  • Sie helfen mit bei der Organisation der jährlich stattfindenden Berufstour
