Aufgaben ###

Bereichsleitung (30 %)

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Soziales
  • Fachpolitische Beratung und Unterstützung der ressortzuständigen Gemeinderätin sowie der Abteilungsleiterin Zentrale Dienste und Soziales in den Bereichen Alter, Pflege, frühe Förderung, Integration und Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten, internen Prozessen und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Budgetierung sowie Kostenkontrolle im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Institutionen und Fachstellen

Sozialarbeit und Fallführung (ca. 50 - 70 %)

  • Führung von Fällen im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe inkl. Controlling Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Aktennotizen, Berichten, Stellungnahmen und Anträgen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Institutionen und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, vorzugsweise mit Masterabschluss, oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Berufs- und idealerweise Führungserfahrung in der Sozialberatung und im Projektmanagement
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie an Führungsaufgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben, Dossierführung und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Teamfähig, belastbar und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
