Das Alterszentrum Wiesengrund ist mit 47 Betten ein kleines Refugium in Stäfa, das an sonniger Hanglage über dem Ufer des Zürichsees liegt. Hier, in dieser idyllischen und familiären Umgebung, schaffen wir ein friedliches Zuhause für unsere Bewohner.

Die christlichen Werte unseres Trägervereins sind das Fundament unseres Hauses. So legen wir grossen Wert auf die Würde und Selbstbestimmung unserer Bewohner und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der Fürsorge und Empathie an erster Stelle stehen. Nicht nur unsere Bewohner fühlen sich in unserem familiären Umfeld stets geborgen, auch die Arbeitsatmosphäre im ist von wertschätzendem und kollegialem Umgang geprägt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Führung des Pflegeteams
  • Gewährleistung der Pflegequalität unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, qualitativer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung, Stärkung der Betriebskultur
  • Personalentwicklung im Pflegedienst, Dienstplanung
  • Mitarbeit in der Tagesverantwortung und Begleitung von Auszubildenden

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson
  • erste Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich
  • Offenheit für stetige Weiterentwicklung des Alterszentrums
  • Geriatrische Fachkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und hohe Sozialkompetenz
